It had occurred to me while looking at these that paintings a suggestion of multi-focus through multi-framing inlcuding the suggestion of a relief type space due to slight depth from the surface that each focal point creates. Pictures in pictures, of course... And also multiple windows not just the singular of Roman wall-painting let's say, with an interest in landscape and view and opening to other illusionistic spaces but then again, why not?
